Chocolate chip cookies will forever be my go-to dessert option. These almond flour chocolate chip cookies are a delicious option if you or someone you love has dietary restrictions.
Whipping up the cookie dough only takes one bowl and although they do take a bit longer to bake in the oven, the end result is definitely worth the time.
Almonds are packed with some awesome nutrients, such as Vitamin E, Manganese, Magnesium, and healthy fats, so using almond flour can be a fun way to include some extra nutrients to a dessert!
