My name is Kayla Romero. I am a graduate student in Public Health & Nutrition at the University of Michigan, where I also study dietetics. I am passionate about making nutritious foods more accessible and helping people to develop a healthy relationship with food!
My husband, Evan, handles some of the behind the scenes work here on the website. He is just as much a part of cooking these meals as I am, which makes cooking even more fun! He also has to painfully test all the food to make sure it is full of deliciousness.
We love creating meals and hope that sharing them will give some cooking inspiration for anyone. Whether you are plant-based or just want to incorporate more plant-based meals into your life, you are welcome here!
We hope that this serves as a resource for easy and flavorful meals that are packed with nutrient rich veggies, whole grains, and other whole foods.
